David has recently co-written a new song with Eddie Howell. Eddie was a staff writer with Chrysalis at the same time as David, and they have collaborated before.
Eddie was also a recording artiste and had a big hit in Europe with 'Man From Manhattan' - which was produced by Freddie Mercury.
They recorded a demo of the new song at Phil Saatchi's studio in Brighton. It turned out well and the next phase is to get a 'name' cover on it.
The song has been taken up by major publishers Chrysalis Music who are now trying to obtain a cover recording.
